RAP-Green permits to compare gene and species trees, infers duplication events, and provides confidence score in function conservation between genes, and is a new implementation and an improvement of the RAP software (See RAP web page for further information).

Afterwards, it became a development platform, to implement several phylogenetic tree analysis softwares.
