InTreeGreat is able to collapse nodes using the last common ancestor method, or simply by clicking. The tree leaves can be colored multiple times using an inovating system.
Finally, if correctly linked to a database, InTreeGreat is able to display many data related to leaves.
The default tree displayed by the tool, as an example, is the NSLTP MSD-Mind phylogenetic tree.
